This role is essential to the daily operations of our school food service program, balancing financial accuracy with administrative support and community interaction.
What You'll Do Financial Integrity:
Manage student accounts with high accuracy and confidentiality. You will handle daily cash procedures and reconcile deposits within our digital system.
Operational Support:
Ensure the kitchen stays running smoothly by preparing daily production records and managing weekly food/supply ordering.
Compliance & Reporting:
Take the lead on essential state and USDA reporting to keep our program in alignment with federal guidelines.
Office Coordination:
Act as the right hand to the Director by processing purchase orders, answering inquiries, and managing general office workflow.
Professional Engagement:
Represent the district professionally while interacting with students, parents, and faculty, fostering a positive environment.

You show initiative and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You understand and respect the strict confidentiality required in a school district setting.
Growth-Minded:
You are eager to attend training sessions and grow your professional skillset.
Qualified:
You possess a high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience in customer service and accounts payable (or equivalent).
Note:
ServSafe Certification is required within the first year.
