Aug 10, 2026 Job Description Windham Academy is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Middle School ELA & Math Interventionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and achieve academic growth through targeted intervention and relationship-based support. The Interventionist will work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and support staff to provide supplemental instruction and individualized academic support for middle school students in both English Language Arts and Mathematics. Key Responsibilities Provide wholes-group and individualized instruction in ELA and Math Support students in developing and extended foundational literacy and numeracy skills Use assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention supports with classroom instruction Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and programs Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates with families and staff Foster a positive, encouraging, and growth-focused learning environment Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required New Hampshire teaching certification preferred Experience working with middle school students Strong understanding of literacy and math intervention strategies Ability to build positive relationships with students and families Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Commitment to personalized, mastery-based learning and student growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and leadership
