Customer Account Manager Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer, sales representative, and channel order activity.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, warehouses, and factories to ensure order fulfillment.
- Monitor orders and support on-time delivery performance.
- Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments or business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with retailers, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of customer service or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft GP is a plus.
- Footwear industry experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
