Drive Rare Disease Awareness. Kedrion Biopharma is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Rare Disease Specialist to join our US Commercial team. This role is pivotal in promoting our rare disease portfolio-Coagadex and RYPLAZIM-across a broad Southeast territory. You'll be the face of Kedrion in the Factor X deficiency, and plasminogen deficiency communities, building trust, educating stakeholders, and driving appropriate product utilization. Candidates must live in the territory, preference to Southern California (LA) or Arizona. What you'll do Take ownership of sales performance for Kedrion's Rare Disease portfolio and future launch products across a multi-state territory. Build and maintain authentic relationships with key stakeholders including major treatment centers, healthcare providers, correctional institutions, specialty pharmacies, and patient organizations. Educate clinicians and community partners on disease states and product benefits to increase awareness and ensure appropriate use. Demonstrate deep clinical knowledge of bleeding disorders and competitive plasma therapies to effectively differentiate Kedrion's offerings. Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear sales goals and tactical execution strategies. Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure efficient coverage of the territory. Conduct pre
  • and post-sales analyses to inform future customer interactions and optimize engagement.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data in the CRM system and leverage its full capabilities to enhance performance. Deliver impactful sales presentations using approved marketing materials and a consistent selling model. Navigate complex decision-making processes involving physicians, nurses, caregivers, payers, Medicaid, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption. Provide regular, professional feedback to the broader Kedrion US Commercial team on customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends. Demonstrate strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome barriers and achieve goals. Find creative and efficient ways to deliver results while maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical credibility Qualifications and need-to-know Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with preference to candidates with Rare Disease Sales or Specialty Pharmaceuticals Strong hunter mentality with a drive to exceed goals Must reside in the territory with preference to Southern California (LA) or Arizona, and must be near a major airport to be able to meet travel requirements Proven ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders, including clinical and administrative decision-makers.
