Job Description

Role Description The Customer Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Somerset, NJ, soon to be in South Plainfield, NJ by end of 2026. This role is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries, quotes, and order-related questions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, tracking orders and deliveries, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and logistics, and resolving issues related to product availability, quality, or billing. The Customer Account Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, proactively identify opportunities for additional support or product solutions, and assist with preparing reports, forecasts, and documentation. The role also involves supporting customer communication via phone, email, and online channels, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships, understand needs, and ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Support skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track account performance, and support forecasting and reporting. Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical product environments is beneficial. Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP software, and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office) is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is advantageous. Please apply through
