In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain the benefits of Verizon services, and provide a personalized experience from the first conversation through account setup. You'll develop professional sales skills, learn about cutting-edge technology, and build meaningful customer relationships while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. Core Functions of the Client Account Representative Connect with customers to introduce Verizon's Fios Internet, home Wi-Fi, TV, and connectivity solutions. Educate customers on the benefits of fiber-optic technology, faster speeds, reliable connections, and entertainment options. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle. Provide clear product information and create a positive, pressure-free customer experience. Support account enrollments, service activations, and customer follow-up. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a smooth sales process. Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and technology. Preferred Skills for the Client Account Representative Confident communicator who enjoys working with people. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail. Ability to build trust and create meaningful customer relationships. Team-oriented approach with a desire to achieve personal and team goals. Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
