In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to existing contacts and cold calling to prospective clients, to generate new business leads. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and sales to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with client requirements. Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative insights and options. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively. Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques to engage potential clients proactively. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences. Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to business development. Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
