Job Description

$30-40/hour + Commission SCS Pooled Trust is seeking an experienced Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm, qualified leads into clients while building long-term relationships with referral partners. We're looking for someone with a proven sales background who enjoys building trust, following up consistently, closing business, and maintaining strong client relationships. Unlike a traditional outbound sales role, this position combines sales, client relationship management, and administrative support . You'll own your sales pipeline while also serving as a primary point of contact for referral agencies and supporting the Director of Business Development. What You'll Do Manage warm, qualified leads from initial consultation through closing Build trust with families and confidently convert leads into clients Follow up consistently to maximize sales opportunities Guide clients through the sales process and coordinate a seamless handoff to Enrollment Build and maintain relationships with referral agencies, case managers, and community partners Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records Track sales activity, conversions, and referral metrics Support the Director of Business Development with sales and administrative responsibilities What We're Looking ForRequired 2+ years of consultative sales or business development experience Proven track record of closing business Experience managing a sales pipeline and converting warm leads into clients Strong follow-up skills and persistence Ability to build relationships and earn trust Comfortable asking for the commitment and closing opportunities Experience using CRM systems Preferred Healthcare, Medicaid, nonprofit, legal, or human services experience This Role Is a Great Fit If You...
