What You'll Do as a Client Account Representative Open and develop new client accounts by starting friendly, informed conversations with prospective customers face to face on behalf of Verizon Run account discovery, asking the right questions to understand each client's needs, then match them with a suitable plan or service Walk clients in person through their account options clearly and complete each enrollment and account setup accurately Maintain accounts by staying current on Verizon offers, devices, and plans so you can advise with confidence Set weekly account goals and track your progress on new accounts and growth Learn from experienced client account representatives and share what works across the team Protect client account information with care, honesty, and discretion What You Bring as a Client Account Representative A high school diploma or equivalent Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
