Job Description

Seeking a motivated go-getter to manage our North Jersey client accounts and increase sales. You'd be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. You'd be responsible for: Sales Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goal Client Satisfaction Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal Position Overview The Account Manager is an experienced professional self-directing the activities to achieve service goals of their clients. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business responsible for overall site quality, achieving sales goals and achieving renewal goals. Required Sales experience and aptitude Landscape Maintenance Experience Motivated to grow and develop new business Superior verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Exceptional customer service Positive attitude A proactive and responsible approach Ability to develop job estimates Knowledge of plant material Team oriented, collaborative approach Familiarity with Aspire software a bonus Salary commensurate with experience.
