Surety Account Manager Hybrid - South Jersey (Greater Philadelphia) Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 Reports to: Director of Surety We are seeking an experienced professional from the surety bond space that have exposure to middle-large markets. With a footprint expanding along the East Coast, this established and growing insurance agency offers flexibility and annual bonus opportunities, emphasizes professional development and come highly rated by current and past employees.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with
Leadership:
Partner with the Surety Director and Bond Billing Account Administrator to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of assigned responsibilities.
Deliver Exceptional Client Service:
Respond to client inquiries and manage policy administration, billing, claims coordination, and coverage-related requests.
Manage Policy Lifecycle:
Oversee policy expirations, renewals, and related documentation to ensure uninterrupted coverage and compliance.
Coordinate Renewal Activities:
Conduct client and market research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage terms, and develop and present renewal proposals.
Support Accounts Receivable Efforts:
Review aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist in the collection of delinquent accounts.
