About the team and the role: The Account Manager at Goldin.com will play a pivotal role in handling client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is integral to the success of the team, focusing on building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Typically 9-5, but will need to be flexible with hours.What you will accomplish:
- Provide excellent customer service for clients at the direction of the consignment team to encourage client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Find opportunities for automation and improvements to save time and improve client satisfaction.
- Pull data and prepare reports for the client, Consignment team, or Private Sales team as requested.
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of memorabilia, sports trading cards and Trading Card Games(TCG), with proven understanding of their respective markets.
- Proven experience within the e-commerce, specialty or collectibles industry.
- Strong communication and social skills, demonstrating skill in establishing trust with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing efficiency.
Qualification Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collectibles of the hobby.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Smart Sheets or Google Sheets preferred.
