Entry Level Account Manager :

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, services, and sales solutions that align with those needs Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Account Managers to become knowledgeable about our clients and their products and services Participate in daily team training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer service, best practices, and client updates Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during every interaction Complete regular check-ins with trainers and managers to review progress and ensure training benchmarks are being met Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve communication, sales, and customer service skills Qualifications for the

Entry Level Account Manager :

High school diploma or equivalent is required At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or environment is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills An affinity for customer service or sales A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop a new professional skill set A positive attitude with a strong desire to grow and take on new challenges is a must!
