You'll manage existing customer programs, solve technical challenges, and develop new business across cooling, boiler, closed-loop, wastewater, and related water treatment applications. What You'll Do:
Manage and grow industrial and commercial water treatment accounts throughout the territory Conduct service visits, testing, system inspections, troubleshooting, reporting, and program optimization Develop treatment strategies and chemical feed/control programs based on customer needs Identify and close new business involving chemical programs, equipment, service agreements, and capital projects Partner with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
Water treatment industry experience strongly preferred, including boiler, cooling, closed-loop, wastewater, or related applications Sales, account management, or field service experience within a technical industry Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pumps, controllers, chemical feed equipment, and industrial systems Excellent troubleshooting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland territory
