Job Description

Primary Vascular Care is a specialized vascular group dedicated exclusively to serving the long-term care space. We bring a clinic-like experience—providing advanced vascular care—directly into nursing homes. Personalized bedside care minimizes the need for patients to leave their familiar environment. From routine vascular assessments to advanced procedures, our team ensures comprehensive, high-quality care for all our patients. We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team in the New York marketplace. The ideal candidate is an outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of a facility.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a liaison between our clinical team and back-office operations. Travel between multiple facilities within the assigned region. Promote and grow business by ensuring facility partners are aware of the full range of services we provide. Support our clinical staff and serve as a point of contact for facility administrators and leadership. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Meet and exceed monthly growth and performance goals. Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted resource for our partners.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes, or long-term care is a huge plus. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a high-paced environment. Must be comfortable traveling between facilities within the region. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
