As a full-time Verizon Account Associate, you'll represent Verizon's 5G and DIRECTV services while helping customers discover products that fit their communication and entertainment needs. What You'll Do as a Verizon Account Associate Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression. Learn Verizon 5G and DIRECTV products to confidently explain features, pricing, and promotions. Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending personalized solutions. Assist customers through account setup, enrollments, and service activations with accuracy. Answer questions while providing outstanding customer service throughout every interaction. Maintain accurate customer information and follow company procedures. Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For in a Verizon Account Associate Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management is helpful but not required.
