We're looking for a motivated Verizon Account Manager to help customers find the right wireless solutions while building strong, long-term relationships. As a Verizon Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain Verizon's products and services, and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle. You'll manage customer accounts, assist with plan selections, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience. Success in the Verizon Account Manager role comes from building trust, providing honest recommendations, maintaining accurate account information, and creating lasting customer relationships that support both customer satisfaction and business growth. Verizon Account Manager Responsibilities Manage customer accounts by identifying needs and recommending Verizon products and service plans. Build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships through personalized service. Assisting customers in finding the right wifi and wireless solutions Maintain accurate account records, customer preferences, and plan information. Assist customers with account setup, activations, upgrades, and plan changes. Review account activity and recommend additional products or services that provide greater value. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify retention opportunities. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Work collaboratively with fellow Verizon Account Managers to share best practices and support team growth. Leverage consultative sales experience to educate customers, identify their needs, overcome objections, and recommend wireless solutions that deliver the right value for their household. Verizon Account Manager Qualifications:
Previous sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience is helpful. Experience in solar sales, home improvement sales, roofing, HVAC, or other consultative sales industries is a strong plus. Solar sales professionals are encouraged to apply—experience educating customers, overcoming objections, conducting consultations, and closing sales translates well to this role. Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment where performance and customer relationships are both important. Experience generating leads, following up with prospects, managing a sales pipeline, or working toward individual sales targets is a plus.
