Sales Account Manager - Mandarin and English

Job Summary We are an Importer of Asian confectionery snack products and we're seeking a self-confident Sales Representative to join our team. This candidate must be detailed oriented, diligent, & responsible. Fluency in Mandarin is a must 必须说普通话 + simple spoken English. Responsibilities and Duties Submits orders by visiting clientele and referring to price lists and product literature. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customers needs. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team when necessary to facilitate collection process. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with difficult individuals and/or situations. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer volume. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory sales goals & analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications and Skills Fluent in Mandarin Chinese ( 必须说普通话). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid Driver's License and able to travel. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

We are currently located at 57-18 Flushing Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378 . Our office will be relocating to Westbury, NY by the end of Summer 2026 . Preferred candidates will be those who are able to commute to both locations .
