The Group Account Supervisor serves as the internal leader of a brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goals Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client's business structure or needs Take a leadership role in the development and presentation of the agency's recommendations, POV's, and strategic initiatives, actively promoting agency offerings to clients Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day workflow Seek out and maintain complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans Act as a key contributor of tactical brainstorming Provide accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing. Work with integrated producer to build SOW's Develop and help manage career growth plans for junior account team members - instilling confidence in your team Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements Heres what you'll need: 5+ years of experience in an account/client services role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising industry Bonus points if: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Experience managing or mentoring others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines A drive to elevate thinking and the work "Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
