Part-Time Front Desk Associate / Client Relations Coordinator Family-Owned Dance Studio | Part-Time | Training Begins September About the Position We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organized Part-Time Front Desk Associate / Client Relations Coordinator to join our family-owned, family-centered dance studio. This is a people-focused role for someone who loves working with families, enjoys creating a welcoming environment, has a passion for the arts and dance, and can confidently balance customer service, administrative responsibilities, client communication, and day-to-day front desk operations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, computer savvy, and an excellent multitasker who takes pride in providing exceptional care and service to our students and families. Responsibilities Welcome students, parents, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Provide exceptional front desk customer service and client care, and help keep the studio organized and running smoothly Build positive relationships with current and prospective studio families Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, registrations, and general communication Support enrollment and retention efforts through excellent customer service and relationship building Handle administrative and data-entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Use G-Suite/Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for daily administrative tasks Create and update materials using Canva Learn and utilize studio-specific software and technology Work comfortably on both PC and Mac systems Multitask effectively in a busy, family-oriented environment Assist with studio communications and other administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in front desk, customer service, client relations, hospitality, office administration, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and confidence learning new technology Experience with G-Suite/Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Canva Comfortable working on both PC and Mac Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Professional, dependable, responsible, and proactive A genuine love of working with children, families, and the community A love of the arts and a passion for dance is highly valued!
