Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description About the Role We are seeking a Broker-Licensed Personal Lines Account Representative with experience working in an independent insurance agency . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who can manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and confidently handle a high volume of activity across multiple insurance carriers. What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day personal lines insurance accounts and provide ongoing support to clients. Work closely with a large group of insurance carriers on quotes, policies, endorsements, renewals, and other account needs. Provide responsive and professional service to clients and insurance company representatives. Review policies and account information carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle multiple accounts and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Identify and resolve account issues while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Maintain accurate and organized account documentation and records. Assist with the overall servicing and retention of personal lines accounts. What We're Looking For Broker license required. Previous Personal Lines experience within an independent insurance agency . Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, policies, and servicing. Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple insurance carriers on a daily basis. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
