This position combines hands-on account management with team leadership responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to guide client strategies, mentor team members, and strengthen long-term client relationships. You'll partner closely with Producers, carrier partners, and internal service teams to support a portfolio of middle market and large commercial accounts. Your expertise will help ensure clients receive responsive service, comprehensive coverage recommendations, and proactive risk management support while contributing to retention and growth objectives. How You'll Make an Impact Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Producers, carrier partners, and internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. Lead the servicing of commercial accounts by responding to client needs, addressing coverage concerns, and providing consultative guidance on risk exposures. Support renewal and remarketing strategies by analyzing exposures, coordinating submissions, evaluating carrier options, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. Manage policy servicing activities including new business, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, binders, registry transactions, and policy documentation. Identify coverage gaps and risk management opportunities that help clients protect their organizations and support long-term retention. Mentor and support team members while contributing to operational efficiency, service excellence, and overall account management performance.
