Your expertise in carrier marketing, quote analysis, proposal preparation, and underwriting relationships will directly support Producers and create a high-quality client experience. In this role, you'll partner closely with Producers, carrier underwriters, and internal teams to market new business opportunities, evaluate coverage options, and secure competitive placements. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your organizational skills, insurance knowledge, and attention to detail contribute to agency success and long-term client relationships. How You'll Make an Impact Identify and market new business opportunities by obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing carrier quotations and responses. Gather client information, complete applications, and submit accurate carrier submissions to support efficient placement. Prepare proposals, supplemental documentation, and presentation materials that help clients make informed coverage decisions. Evaluate pricing, coverage options, carrier terms, and underwriting requirements to support competitive recommendations. Collaborate with carrier underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage solutions that meet client needs and support agency growth. Maintain accurate marketing, submission, client, and carrier records while supporting a seamless new business process. Who You Are Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Analytical and detail-oriented when reviewing coverage options, carrier responses, and underwriting requirements. A strong communicator who can build productive relationships with Producers, carrier partners, Account Managers, and clients. Proactive in identifying solutions and overcoming obstacles throughout the marketing and placement process. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced insurance setting. Committed to delivering a high-quality client experience and contributing to agency growth.
What You Bring Day One:
Minimum of 4 years of insurance industry experience. Minimum of 2 years of personal lines carrier marketing experience. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, underwriting requirements, carrier rating systems, and new business marketing processes. Experience preparing applications, proposals, supplemental documentation, and carrier submissions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze quotes, coverage options, and carrier responses. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with producers, carriers, clients, and internal team members.
Valuable Additions:
Experience utilizing multiple carrier online rating platforms. Previous experience negotiating pricing and coverage options with carrier underwriters. Experience supporting remarketing efforts and evaluating renewal placement strategies. Knowledge of agency management systems and insurance submission platforms.
