We're seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to play an integral role in our rapidly growing team. During your onboarding, you will be assigned a buddy and then have regular weekly one-on-ones with your manager!
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in your assigned book of business. Be available and responsive to client needs, including on-call support for urgent issues. Foster client relationships to drive new business opportunities. Demonstrate all aspects of the Upshift platform to clients. Proactively monitor your market's performance, including regular outreach, and re-engaging dormant accounts. Collaborate with Sales Managers and other Account Managers to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track progress. If we don't track, we can't scale. Address and de-escalate any client concerns with quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Visit clients daily as you build relationships and organize routes to hit clients in an efficient manner.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Experience:
Account management: 3 years (Preferred)
Route-based Sales:
2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
