Job Description
MK11 works directly with business owners to review and improve their electricity and natural gas supply contracts. Our team operates within the commercial energy space, helping companies better understand their pricing and contract options.
We've worked with over 1,500 businesses , reviewed more than 2,500 contracts, and identified over $3M in cost savings . We are currently hiring for an Account Manager role focused on managing business relationships and driving revenue through B2B sales . What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of business customers within a designated territory Prospect and onboard new business accounts Meet directly with business owners to review contracts and pricing Present and explain energy options in a clear, straightforward way Maintain relationships and follow up with clients over time Track activity and account status using CRM tools What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (encouraged, not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage time and stay organized in a structured environment Competitive mindset with a focus on results Reliable transportation Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday (no weekends) Combination of office time and in-field client meetings Independent work within a team-supported environment Why MK11 Established presence in the commercial energy space Direct interaction with business owners and decision-makers Structured schedule with clear expectations Opportunity to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities
