As a Client Relations Associate, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce relevant solutions, and help drive new business through meaningful client interactions. The Client Relations Associate role is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, and enjoys building relationships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Client Relations Associate Responsibilities Connect with prospective customers through direct outreach, consultations, networking, and relationship-building activities. Learn about each customer's needs and recommend Kinetic solutions that align with their communication and connectivity goals. Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process while working toward individual and team performance goals. Stay informed on Kinetic products, services, promotions, and available solutions to confidently answer customer questions. Build lasting customer relationships by providing professional, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and enrollment information. Participate in Client Relations Associate team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and overall performance. Client Relations Associate Qualifications Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, client relations, or a similar customer-facing environment. Ability to work toward and achieve individual and team performance goals. Previous experience in a Client Relations Associate, Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, or similar position is a plus. Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and building professional relationships. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a goal-driven environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
