Job Description
Essential Job Functions Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter. Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network. Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis. Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally. Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally. Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement. Participates in and manages quoting process. Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business. Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational. Drives cross selling opportunities Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally. Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP. Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature. Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process. Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal. Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business. Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to manage complex internal and external networks Ability to react quickly to changing needs/situations Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques Excellent organization and problem solving skills Functions well both independently and in a team setting Ability to travel both International and Domestic Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Education & Experience High School Degree or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum five years related experience. Minimum four years industry experience preferred. Certification and Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas
