Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Representative to support account administration, transaction processing, and client support activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, accurate record maintenance, and adherence to established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and committed to delivering a high-quality client experience while collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This temporary opportunity offers valuable experience within a professional services and operations environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, resolving routine issues independently and escalating more complex matters when appropriate. Process transactions, maintain account information, and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and distribute recurring reports, reviewing data for accuracy and investigating discrepancies as needed. Partner with internal departments including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to ensure efficient and accurate execution of client requests. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with established procedures and service standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Utilize approved technology tools to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate human review. Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines. Provide backup support for team members and assist with additional projects as business needs require. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in client services, operations, financial services, administration, or a related professional environment. Experience supporting clients, processing transactions, maintaining records, or managing account-related activities is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements quickly. Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when handling routine issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software platforms. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. This temporary position offers an opportunity to develop valuable experience in client operations, account administration, and service delivery while supporting a growing organization.
