What you'll do Work directly with one of the world's largest retailers, Lowe's Home Improvement, and gain exposure to key merchandising stakeholders Support a 7-member account team in managing the Lowe's business, including customer-facing projects and events Manage aspects of the adhesives omnichannel business on Lowes.com, contributing to strategy and execution Conduct market research, run data reports, and provide insights to guide decision-making regarding the adhesives category Create PowerPoint updates and present findings internally and externally to build communication skills Collaborate cross-functionally to reach shared goals, with flexibility to tailor projects to your area of study and strengths What makes you a good fit An undergraduate student (junior, senior), a master's / graduate student or MBA student pursuing a degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing or Communications Ability to work from the Mooresville office 2-3 days/week Proven leadership experience through academic or professional settings, with strengths in vision-setting and team engagement Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded with a proactive approach to learning Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills for both internal and external collaboration Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus Ability to manage and analyze large data sets effectively Familiarity or interest in artificial intelligence (AI) is a bonus Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide.
