Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Monitor sales performance and support growth plans Develop strong relationships with manufacturer's representatives Provide technical support and guidance on product applications Resolve issues affecting quotations, orders, or customer satisfaction Travel to rep offices, contractor locations, and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high support levels Maintain professional and technical development Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Technical education in air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering Experience selling HVAC or refrigeration systems Account Manager experience in industrial or manufacturing setting Strong communication skills Ability to travel 15-25% Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Century Refrigeration products Knowledge of market trends and competitor awareness Experience in technical product positioning Understanding of forecasting and territory planning
