To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Supervisor DTOH to join our growing team. The Supervisor DTOH will act as a primary resource to a team of DTOH Specialists. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide coaching and motivate DTOH Specialists to ensure performance goals are met. Responsible for new-hire onboarding and ongoing development of knowledge and skillset of DTOH Specialists. Handle Team Lead duties and daily miscellaneous DTOH tasks. Work with Management to ensure proper handling of all search?types and functions related to DTOH. Receive and disposition escalations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Universal's DTOH Dept or similar operations role, exhibiting strong leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to solve problems within the bounds of department policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment. Listening and rapid comprehension skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers, customer situations, vendors, and internal staff. Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment. Must have an eye for detail and great organizational skills Excellent computer skills and proficiency in: Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and other web applications. Previous experience in background screening or FCRA requirements are a plus.
