And all other necessary reception duties. Greet visitors/ clients Maintains resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, emergency procedures manual, resident sign-in/sign-out logs, guest sign-in books and other documentation. Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges Possible advancement through insurance licensing Come join our team!
