Job Description

Position Summary The Customer Service Rep supports the Customer Service team in the administration of customer accounts. The Customer Service Rep works to resolve customer issues. Partners with Parker Meggitt Customers to generate product and service orders, while providing expertise in resolving complex customer issues. Ensures compliance with Parker Meggitt's guidelines, policies, and procedures. Performs a variety of administrative duties for the Customer Services department.
Responsibilities Responsiblities:
Assists the customer Service's team by providing a variety of administrative tasks in support of customer accounts. Performs basic data entry and utilizes appropriate internal systems to organize customer information. Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys and industry trends. Supports the team's activities by resolving customer product issues and/or answering questions. Maintains effective communication with customers. Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against key performance indicators. Works to ensure the customers experience with Parker Meggitt products is exceptional. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Secondary Certificate/ Highschool Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
