HVAC Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with clients and technical teams to develop HVAC solutions. Prepare accurate quotations and respond to RFPs. Serve as the primary client contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring excellent service. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

10+ years of sales/account management experience in the HVAC industry. Proven track record of business development and closing deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to understand HVAC technical concepts and work independently or in a team. Willingness to travel occasionally.
