Compensation Range:

95300-142900 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Job Purpose The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for attaining and fostering National Accountscontracts and National Accounts customer relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Attaining sales, service and signed contract quotas as assigned Identifying and profiling Accounts Working closely with higher-level management on contract construction and negotiation Working with company sales and service network to properly maintain accounts Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters withinthe organization Acting as product specialist to drive sales to increase margins Providing consistent messages to the field regarding product training| price negotiation Keeping up with competitor products and activity Ensuring field staff is trained on all aspects of product lines Attending quarterly and annual meetings regarding product performance and challenges Communicating with Corporate Headquarters and field locations regarding productupdates, applications, product concerns, warranty issues Providing product reviews and handling all field calls on competitive product questions Keep expenses within budgetary limits Identify and profile potential major accounts Work with both sales and service to maintain all major accounts Complete activity reports after account visits Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in sales Proven sales experience Experience with product development Proficient computer skills Outstanding organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic math skills Effective presentation skills Above-average reasoning and analytical skills Ability to translate technical specs into commercial applications Leadership skills Travel requirements: 30-50% travel Preferred Qualifications Previous National Account or material handling experience preferred Rental Market sales experience a plus General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
