As SFM continues to grow, we are excited to be able to share this growth with our employees. We are looking for both a Senior Account Manager! Before posting this opportunity outside of the Company, we wanted to open the positions to current employees who may be interested in the position.

Senior Account Manager:
The Senior Account Manager will oversee a team of Account Managers who are responsible for managing specific customer(s), sourcing vendors, and tracking work at customer locations. The Senior Account Manager will be expected to have daily communication with each Account Manager on their team to review performance metrics, margins, account escalations and service delivery by vendors. Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager include: Developing a firm understanding of the Scope of Work (SOW) for customer(s) and use that understanding to create and communicate a SOW for vendors. Monitoring customer accounts to ensure all milestone services are being completed timely and efficiently. Reviewing and approving margin changes from Account Managers on change order reports. Understanding and enforcing compliance requirements to ensure consistency with company standards. Addressing and resolving questions/issues regarding vendor changes, marginal changes, added/decreased site changes. Completing weekly reports for upper management within designated time frames. All other duties as assigned.
