Position Description The Athletics Rental Supervisor provides in-person supervision and assistance to all parties renting athletics facilities on Eastern University's campuses. This role will serve as a representative of the University, welcoming outside parties to campus while ensuring that Eastern facilities and equipment are being used correctly in accordance with University and Athletics Policy. The person in this role will arrive 45 minutes ahead of scheduled rentals in order to ensure necessary spaces are prepared and set up to meet the needs of the renting party. In addition to setting up the rental space, the Rental Supervisor will be available to assist the renters during their rental period. At the conclusion of the rental this position will ensure rented spaces and equipment are returned to their proper states and locations. Position Responsibilities Set up facilities and equipment for rental spaces. Provide supervision and oversight of rental facilities, ensuring that University and Athletics policies are being followed. Assist renters with facility and equipment issues as they arise. Ensure that rental spaces and equipment are returned to their proper state at the conclusion of the rental period. Qualifications CPR/AED certification required. Availability on Sundays in the early morning until the evening. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills. Commitment to the mission and values of Eastern University, including Christian education and integration of faith and learning. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse campus populations.
