Property & Casualty Insurance Account Representative This position responsibilities includes sales and servicing support of personal and commercial lines accounts. Insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide superior level of service Collect necessary underwriting information to evaluate risks Quote and issue policies Answer phone calls and emails to service client accounts Process and review endorsement changes Prepare and issue certificates of insurance Develop a strong understanding of agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages Establish relationships with clients and carrier representatives

Requirements:

Have or obtain a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license Have a strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills Be willing to learn Strong communication skills and desire to interact with others Proficient on a computer
