Paoli, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 72,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: No Degree Required experience: 2 Years responsibilities: Apply customer ACH, check, wire, and credit card payments accurately in the ERP system.

Research unapplied cash, deductions, short payments, pricing errors, and freight claims.

Review AR aging schedules, contact past-due accounts, and resolve payment disputes.

Issue approved credit memos, process balance adjustments, and maintain full audit trails.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issues.

Reconcile customer accounts and the AR subledger to the general ledger during month-end close.

Adhere to accounting policies, maintain documentation, and support internal/external audits.

qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred or equivalent experience prefered2+ years of accounts receivable, cash application, or collections experience.

Hands-on experience working within an ERP system.

Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
