Learn more about us at www.dbhs.co This opportunity is for a Supervisor to oversee the Somerset County Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) providing leadership to ensure that approximately 350-400 individuals with an Intellectual Disability/Autism (ID/A)receive coordinated, person-centered services that promote stability, choice, and continuity of care. Through a comprehensive case management and advocacy approach this role supports individuals in accessing services that align with their strengths, preferences, and needs.
