Our Client Coordinators are the heart of that experience, serving as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders from the time an order is opened until they arrive at the closing table. What You'll Do As a Client Coordinator, you'll guide clients through the closing process by ensuring all information is collected accurately, communication stays on track, and everyone involved knows what to expect. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the transaction. Welcome new files and gather all required client information and documentation. Communicate with all parties to ensure deadlines are met and the transaction continues moving forward. Coordinate with lenders, agents, and internal team members to obtain missing information. Schedule closings and coordinate availability with all parties involved. Keep clients informed throughout the process and answer questions with professionalism and care. Ensure files are complete and closing-ready before they reach the settlement team. Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners by providing exceptional customer service. Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them before closing. Deliver the "Universal Difference" by creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Loves working with people and building lasting relationships. Has exceptional customer service and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Can confidently communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors. Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team. Has excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills. Is comfortable learning new software and technology. Preferred Experience Customer service Real estate, mortgage, banking, title, escrow, insurance, or lending experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
