Full-Time, In-Person Join Our Team FORTIFY Private Wealth Management is seeking a professional, client-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team in Washington, PA. This individual serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional service experience that defines our firm. We are looking for a polished professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and understands the importance of organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and client service. Experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, accounting, or another professional office setting is highly valued. Position Summary As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will support both clients and advisors by coordinating appointments, managing client communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role combines client service, administrative support, and office coordination within a professional financial planning environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments and advisor calendars Coordinate client communications and follow-up activities Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation Assist with processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Ensure the reception area and office environment remain professional and welcoming Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism Support advisors and team members with administrative and operational needs Assist with special projects and office initiatives as assigned QualificationsRequired Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment Strong proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Exceptional client service and phone etiquette High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, or a related professional services field Experience supporting client-facing professionals or advisors Familiarity with CRM systems and document management platforms Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars Strong clerical, filing, proofreading, and documentation management skills What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Professional, dependable, and proactive Positive with a high energy team player attitude Client-focused with a genuine commitment to service excellence Comfortable building rapport with clients and colleagues Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Motivated to support a growing and respected wealth management practice Why FORTIFY Private Wealth Management?
