We are continuing to grow rapidly and are seeking an Account Delivery Lead to help drive our diverse and exciting client roster forward. The Role Strand is seeking a sharp, business-minded Account Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional accounts for enterprise clients. This is not a traditional project management role, it is a leadership seat at the table. At Strand, Account Delivery is where strategy becomes results. You'll own the delivery of an account end-to-end, translating strategy into an executable plan, keeping performance and execution connected, and always knowing what needs to happen next. You'll build the delivery structure needed to keep the account moving without ever letting the paperwork become the point. You won't own client strategy or account growth, but you'll understand it deeply enough to interrogate performance data, challenge and synthesize input from technical, data, media, and creative teams, and turn all of it into a clear, client-ready story of what happened, why, and what's next. You'll sit alongside the Account Director or Sr. Director as a genuine partner in the room, not just support in the background. What You'll Do Own the delivery of an account end-to-end, from plan through outcome Understand the strategy well enough to connect execution, performance, and what needs to happen next Run the account delivery rhythm, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks, and next steps Translate client questions and needs into clear internal asks, bringing together the right Media, Data, and Operations partners to get to an answer Review performance analysis from Media and Data teams, ask the right questions, identify gaps, and connect findings to business implications and recommendations Turn complex cross-functional inputs into clear, client-ready stories and decision-ready outputs that connect what happened, why, the recommendation, and next steps Be meaningfully client-facing on delivery, partnering with the Account Director or Sr. Director to prepare for and participate in client conversations and respond credibly in the room Drive decisions through execution by establishing clear ownership, resolving dependencies, and ensuring commitments are closed Identify account, performance, and delivery risks before they become problems Improve account workflows, cadences, and ways of working when recurring issues create unnecessary friction or rework In This Role, Success Looks Like The account is understood, moving, and producing strong output Complex client questions and performance signals consistently turn into clear recommendations, decisions, and action Teams know what matters, what they need to do, and when The Account Director and cross-functional team have a trusted delivery partner who creates clarity, drives accountability, and keeps the account moving Risks are addressed early, not reactively, and nothing important falls through the cracks Execution consistently ladders up to the intended outcome What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of experience in delivery leadership, account management, program management, project management, or a comparable cross-functional leadership role Proven experience leading complex, fast-moving accounts or programs across multiple functions and competing priorities Digital marketing experience is highly preferred; performance or affiliate marketing experience is a plus Data fluency that translates to business fluency: comfortable understanding analysis, asking the right questions, and connecting findings to business implications and decisions Proven judgment in ambiguous environments-able to determine what matters, separate signal from noise, and help drive a path forward Strong written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready communication Senior presence: able to drive a room, listen closely, connect what you're hearing, and help move the group toward a decision Client-facing experience that goes beyond stakeholder management-comfortable adding value alongside a senior account lead with an enterprise client Proactive, curious, and able to get smart on a complicated business quickly Insurance and financial services experience is a bonus At Strand, Account Delivery Leads are not just executors, they are operational leaders who make the business make sense.
