Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our busy Sales team, focusing entirely on Customer Relationship Management and nurturing long-term partnerships. You will be the vital link to key customers, managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective management of pricing, schedules, and quality requirements, and driving ongoing sales forecasting. The products are industrial materials used across industries like motorsport, aerospace, and defense, so an Engineering/Industrial background is preferred. The position is based in our Ramsey office with potential for work-from-home (WFH) flexibility for the right candidate. No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term partnerships with strategically important customersComplete quotations, estimates and price reviews as required to ensure margins are maintained and project scope is monitored and managed.

Regular and clear communication with your line manager to update them on current status of accounts, escalating concerns as required.

Monitoring Sales metrics, reporting on customer account performance regularly.

Ongoing sales forecasting through proactive discussions with each customer.

Suggest methods to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Attend networking events & exhibitions to present the business in existing and new markets.
