Account Manager Crystal Clear Insurance Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time From $75,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) 5% Match 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Experience at insurance agencies Full Job Description Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Crystal Clear Insurance | Tampa Bay, Florida | Full-time Salary starts at $75,000 for a qualified candidate, based on experience Crystal Clear Insurance is seeking an experienced commercial lines account manager to lead renewals and service for a growing book of business. Our accounts include large property schedules, catastrophe-exposed risks, and specialty and excess and surplus lines coverage. You will take ownership of assigned accounts from renewal planning through binding and delivery. You will work directly with clients, producers, underwriters, and wholesalers, with a virtual assistant team handling routine administrative processing. What you'll do Manage commercial renewals, including deadlines, client information requests, remarketing, quote review, and presentation preparation. Review proposals, policies, endorsements, and binding requirements for accuracy and coverage issues. Communicate with clients and markets to resolve questions and keep accounts moving. Coordinate administrative work with the VA team while remaining accountable for your assigned accounts. Follow agency procedures for client authorization, payment, binding, documentation, and follow-up. Handle complex client service issues and escalate coverage or placement decisions when appropriate. Maintain complete and accurate account activity in Applied Epic. Help improve workflows as we expand automation and integrate Cara with Epic. What we're looking for At least one year of hands-on experience writing or marketing commercial insurance and servicing accounts at a commercial lines agency; three or more years preferred. Hands-on Applied Epic experience is required. An active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license. Candidates hired with a 4-40 must obtain a Florida 2-20 within six months of hire. Strong renewal management, coverage review, organization, and client communication skills. Experience with E&S placements and complex property accounts preferred. Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with producers and support staff. What we offer Salary starting at $75,000 for a qualified candidate, based on experience and ability to manage the assigned accounts. Weekly pay. 401(k) with a 5% company match from day one. Paid holidays and paid time off under company policy. One remote workday per week after training for employees with a 2-20 license, subject to business needs. Support for approved professional development and insurance designations. A sign-on bonus may be considered for an exceptionally qualified candidate. A performance and compensation review after 90 days. Any pay adjustment depends on performance and business needs.
