We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Account Manager to help facilitate an ideal working relationship with existing and prospective customers and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with customers and conducting on-site visits. What you will do - key responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction Maintains existing customer relationships, identifies existing needs and cultivates a partnership to help grow and maximize new business opportunities Manage projects with our existing and potential new customers to understand their power system needs and help create solutions to meet those needs Identify new business opportunities with existing clients Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer support, marketing) to meet client needs

The Requirements:

A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required—relevant experience is equally valuable Work ethics, attitude and personality that portray integrity, self-motivation, competitiveness, and persistence Problem-solving attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction No industry experience required Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
