Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing company with a primary focus on expanding our Education segment. In this role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining a network of school distributors to drive sales growth throughout the Education market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term partnerships, working collaboratively with distributors to grow our mutual market presence, traveling to industry and partner events, and making a meaningful impact in Career and Technical Education (CTE). Reporting directly to the Distributor Sales Lead, you will collaborate with distributors, school partners, and internal teams to expand our presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with school distributors across assigned territories. Identify and pursue new distributor and business development opportunities. Support sales initiatives that drive growth within the education market. Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and account needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at regional and national conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Deliver product presentations and training to distributors and customers. Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen long-term partnerships. Track sales activity and provide updates on account performance and market opportunities. Ability to travel to conferences, customer visits, job sites, and industry events. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience managing and driving sales growth through distributors . School equipment and furniture sales a plus. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable traveling for conferences, customer visits, and industry events. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
