Job Description

Account Manager II TalentLNX Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $115,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Managing customer accounts Spreadsheets Account development Bachelor's degree Client management Relationship management Contracts Account management Excel data analysis Full Job Description Overview TalentLNX is partnering with an established healthcare payment integrity organization to fill an Account Manager II position. This person owns a portion of a large national payer relationship, along with a smaller affiliated account, and sits on a small national accounts team. The employer name is confidential and will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. This is not a new business role. There is no quota, no cold outbound, and no soliciting of new clients. The commercial motion is expansion within an existing relationship. The seat is open because the person currently in it is moving into a different role internally. The distinction that matters most The strongest people in this seat can get into the day to day detail of the account and still speak to it at a higher level with the client. Both altitudes, in one person. Healthcare and payment integrity knowledge can be taught. That judgment is harder to teach, and it is what this search is led on. Responsibilities Own the day to day relationship for the assigned portion of the account and be the person the client comes to first. Meet client needs on a same day or 24 hour responsiveness standard, and stay in front of questions rather than reacting to them. Produce extensive reporting on a daily basis, and generate and analyze the underlying data. Prepare that analysis for leadership, translating operational detail into something an executive can act on. Present at client meetings and business reviews with performance data and recommendations. Work cross functionally with internal teams to confirm processes are functioning as they should, and identify areas of process efficiency. Oversee implementation of additional services as the relationship expands into new areas. Support contracting, renewals, and pricing conversations led by the hiring leader. Qualifications Demonstrated account management experience with external clients, personally owned rather than supported. Ability to operate at both the operational detail level and the executive conversation level. Experience with large, complex client relationships and comfort with the level of influence that carries. Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions. Extensive reporting and data analysis capability. Strong presentation and communication skills, client facing and equally articulate internally. Proactive follow up with a white glove service orientation and the judgment to know when something cannot wait until tomorrow. Resourceful and independent, while comfortable raising a problem early rather than staying stuck on it. Texas based, and willing to attend team and department meetings in person in the Fort Worth area. Willing to travel to client sites roughly once or twice quarterly, anywhere in the United States. Bachelor's degree, national certification, or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline. Preferred Treated as a strong preference rather than a gate. Payment integrity, program integrity, or health plan services, on either the vendor side or the payer side. Managed care, claims and reimbursement, or revenue cycle. Salesforce. PHI and HIPAA environments. Renewals, pricing conversations, and account expansion within an existing book. Running formal client business reviews with performance data and recommendations. Schedule and Work Arrangement Texas based and remote for the most part, with in person attendance at team and department meetings in the Fort Worth area. 8 to 5 or 9 to 5 with flexibility across Eastern and Western time zones. Travel once or twice quarterly. Full time, direct hire. Compensation $70,000 to $115,000 base, set on experience and what the individual brings. No commission and no quota attached to this role. Benefits included with this direct hire position. How to Apply This is a confidential search managed by TalentLNX. Apply through this posting, or send your resume to for a confidential conversation.
