Founded in Atlanta, GA in 2010, ZBS has grown to be a leading provider of merchant services, credit card processing services, and cloud-based point of sale technology. ZBS is also a direct sales office for Fiserv - the leading global provider of merchant services. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to dive into the account manager position, eager to influence and engage customers with great enthusiasm and professional skills; willing to learn sales skills from scratch, and committed to growing alongside the company and its customers with a spirit of determination.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding and launch process for new merchants, including Online Ordering setup and website launch. Act as the main point of contact for merchants during the launch process and coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Product, and other internal teams. Review and improve merchant websites, including content, images, branding, menus, and the online ordering experience. Help merchants improve their local online presence through basic SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. Support merchants with digital marketing campaigns, including coupons, discounts, BOGO, Happy Hour, first-order promotions, loyalty programs, and other promotional tools. Help merchants manage and improve their presence on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and other online platforms. Provide basic training and guidance on Online Ordering, Marketing Tools, and other company products. Monitor merchant product usage and identify opportunities to increase adoption and engagement. Maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand merchant needs, collect feedback, and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Introduce existing merchants to new products, features, and services that may benefit their business. Identify customer retention risks and take action to improve satisfaction and long-term retention. Identify satisfied merchants who may be interested in referring new customers and support the company's referral program. Work with the Sales Team to follow up on referral opportunities and help generate new business.What Success Looks Like:
Merchants successfully launch and actively use Online Ordering and Marketing Tools. Merchant websites and online profiles are accurate, professional, and optimized for customers. Merchants are engaged with the company's products and services. Strong merchant relationships and high customer satisfaction are maintained. Increased Online Ordering usage, marketing adoption, customer retention, and referral opportunities.Qualifications:
Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects. Proactive and customer-focused with strong follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Online Ordering, Local SEO, and Social Media. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and software. Results-oriented with strong business awareness. Fluent in both Chinese and English.Pay:
