- to build and grow strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers across the Central to Eastern United States.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Account Management
- + Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts. + Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. + Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.
- Business Development
- + Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. + Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers. + Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Building
- + Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. + Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- + Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments. + Provide feedback to product management and R D teams to support product innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- + Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution. + Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
- Performance Monitoring
- + Track account performance against KPIs. + Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
