  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Account Management
  • + Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts. + Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. + Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.
  • Business Development
  • + Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. + Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers. + Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Building
  • + Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. + Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • + Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments. + Provide feedback to product management and R D teams to support product innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • + Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution. + Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • + Track account performance against KPIs. + Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC/R, industrial automation, or related sectors. + Proven track record in managing OEM accounts and achieving sales targets. + Strong negotiation and communication skills. + Technical understanding of climate solutions products and applications is an advantage. + Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. + Travel 50% across the United States. Willingness to travel internationally as required
